Wills, Trusts, & Estate Planning

We provide interactive estate planning: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives ("living wills").

In preparation for the future, we help our clients develop and write down what their wishes would be should they become unable to handle their own financial and medical affairs themselves. We help our clients develop their desires and weigh them against their reasonable alternatives.

The firm assists clients in defining how he/she would like their financial and medical affairs to be handled, as well as the care for their children, when the client dies or becomes incapacitated. A guardianship and trust may be set up to care for minors or persons with disabilities. A trust can also be used to protect assets in the future. Those assets will be passed along to whomever you designate upon your death.

The result of our estate planning process is a personal, carefully curated will, trust, power of attorney, or advance medical directive (commonly known as a "living will") to fit each client.
